A year in the making!

My husband sure is AMAZING!!  Last year for Christmas, my present was tickets to see Celine Dion in Las Vegas.  The last time we were in Vegas, she had just stopped performing and I was bummed that we weren't able see her.  However, she's BACK!
We decided that New Years was the PERFECT time to go!  Cooper was 9 months old and old enough to stay with Grami and Pop Pop and we had a place to leave the kids!  We flew from Colorado and then back to Colorado, got the kids and drove home to Texas the next day.  It really was a whirlwind, but it was wonderful to have a little time to ourselves.  We took full advantage with:
Our first drink on the Plane
The honorary "Horned Frog in the Airport" picture
 Christmas displays were still up!
Josh's all time FAVORITE thing to do in Vegas is eat at the Bellagio buffet.  We couldn't skip this!  However for some reason, this time for two tickets cost us $90!!!  She had already rung us up and no way we could have walked away, so we ate all that we could!
And Josh asked for to go cups for the mimosas.  Oh my husband...

A little Celine before the actual night!  :)
What else do parents of two do with out their kids??  TAKE A NAP!

After two days of walking, my feet hurt SO bad!  Josh "lovingly" snapped this picture of the flip flops I just HAD to buy because I couldn't take it anymore!  We ended up at some candy shop and decided to get the kids gifts.  Yes, all they had were some HOT pink, sparkly flip flops that said LICK on them.  Now remind me why didn't stop in Gucci or Prada??
The only real pictures we have from the night and not from my phone.  However we aren't in one together!
All in all it was a fabulous trip!  My husband never ceases to amaze me!

The Making of "Frosty"

There is so much skill to learn while making a snowman!  Caroline hasn't had much practice while living in Texas, so Pop Pop made sure to give the girls a lesson!  The snow only lasted several days while we were there so we took full advantage!

Caroline placed his hat on top of his head and was just sure that her Frosty would dance around too!
We also go to do some other fun winter activities!  We went sledding and ice skating and then Grami had hot chocolate with home made marshallows waiting for us when we were finished!
